About this spaceExperience the calmness of a beautiful green garden just a few minutes away from the blue ocean by staying with us at GrootII, Hikkaduwa. We are located within a five minutes tuk-tuk ride from Hikkaduwa town.The GrootII Hikkaduwa, Small 150+ square feet for the living area, but it's nicely decorated furnishing makes practical use of space, using a king-size bed, coffee table, Mini-refrigerator, and chair for 2, Air Conditioned whole area.
Guests will have their own en-suite (bathroom) with hot and cold water and a functional yet straightforward kitchenette, including kettle, mugs, teacups, cutleries, plates.Our neem Hikkaduwa Guests will have access to a private sunny garden shared by the owner and the other guests of the premises, surrounded by beautiful trees and hammocks.
As I live and work from home, I can interact with you as much or as little as you desire. My home is well away from the GrootII Hikkaduwa villa to maintain privacy for your stay.
Patuwata, Hikkaduwa, is located in one of the most significant tourist locations in Sri Lanka. A 5 minutes walk to the beach area, small restaurants, shops for the daily needs, and other local establishments.
Wide and popular beach area is in walking distance, Food City, Coffee House and burger cafe nearby.
