EMILDALE VILLA… Newly built, with three bedrooms which fulfills all needs of the guest, a long veranda at downstairs, living room, reading area, dining area, a lovely garden with a beautiful pool & privacy; a place which provides you comfort and warmth just lets you feel that you are home away from home. The two rooms (upstairs) have two separate terraces with garden view as well as separate bathrooms and the family room downstairs too. Breakfast is usually served as the standard room prices are mostly inclusive Breakfast. Guest has the freedom to choose the dishes either Sri Lankan or Western menu. All other meals could be also served and arranged on request. The Kitchen will mostly suggest you the fresh dishes which you could order as the ingredients of your meal come straight away from the Local Market. House Rules: --**Villa Access Strictly only for the Guest. NO outsiders, Drivers and Tour Guides or Beach boys allowed. the property can be used only for the number of Guests mentioned in the reservation** - Smoking is not allowed inside the villa - Children are welcome, there is 1 baby cot available - early check-in and late check-out on availability

By just 5 min walk (approx. 500 m) you can reach the golden sandy beach of Wadduwa. It is just 650 m to the city center where you find all the Banks, Shops, Super Markets, Local Market with fresh fruits/vegetables/fish from the Region, Medical centers, Police station and simply all what you need. The Wadduwa Railway station is also located just 500 m away and the most popular Road ‘Main Galle Road’ is just stone’s throw away (200 m) where you can easily catch any transportation mode to get to any domestic destination in Sri Lanka.
