Guests can wear Japanese Yukata robes and use free Wi-Fi at the lobby. A free shuttle is available once a day from JR Jomo Kogen Train Station, which is a 15-minute drive away. Guests who wish to use the shuttle must notify the hotel of their arrival time at time of booking. The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. A flat-screen TV, a fridge and an electric kettle are included in each, and a heated kotasu table is provided during the winter. The en suite bathroom comes with slippers and a hairdryer. Tatsumikan Ryokan is a 10-minute drive from Suwakyo Valley and 15-minute drive from Norn Minamikami Ski Resort. Mount Tanigawadake is a 30-minute drive away.
