The property offers a free tour around Shirakawago everyday. Please contact the property directly for more details.
Please note that there is no bath/shower facilities on site. There is a public bath called Shirakawa-go no Yu located a minute's walk away. Staying guests will receive a free voucher for using the public bath.
Guests are requested to inform the property of their mode of transportation to the property.
If you are arriving at Shirakawago Bus Stop, free pickup service can be arranged at the tourist information centre near the bus stop.
Please note that guests will be charged a heating service charge per night during the winter season, starting from 20 November until the end of March each year.
