This is a private house in Nanki Shirahama that can only be rented out to one group. The second floor is used as accommodation, so you can relax at your leisure. It is a Japanese-style house that is often used by foreigners. It is equipped with everything you need for daily life, including a kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine. The desk room is equipped with two monitors and a video camera and microphone for online meetings, so we have several groups of people each year who stay for a month as a workation. There are also two bicycles available for free rental, so you can enjoy the coastline, which is just five minutes from the house. There is free parking for three cars (20 meters from the facility). The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, so you can relax and unwind. One guest said, "It felt like I was visiting my grandparents in the countryside, and I really felt at home!"

The owner was born in Shirahama. Shirahama is a small town where you can cycle around the main scenic spots in about 2 hours. I can recommend spots that only locals know about.

There is a bus from JR Shirahama Station, and it takes 10 minutes to get to the nearest bus stop, which is 200 meters from the facility. There is also a taxi stand 200 meters from the facility. There are two free rental bicycles, and it is 5 minutes to the popular Shirarahama Beach and Shirarayu Onsen, 10 minutes to Engetsuto Island, 15 minutes to Sakinoyu Open-air Onsen, which is located right next to the sea and has been in operation for over 1,400 years, and 20 minutes to Sandanbeki. There is a Family Mart 500 meters away, and it is a 3-minute bicycle ride away. There is also a local supermarket 100 meters from the facility, and many guests cook their own meals in the facility's kitchen. There are three izakayas within 200 meters, so you can walk there.
