    “這次我住的是非吸煙單人房，床頭，書桌，洗臉台，都有插座；床頭板厚度10公分上面剛好可以放一些外出回來口袋的小東西，電視夠大位置面床剛剛好，床頭右邊有一顆燈可自由調整亮度當小夜燈用，洗髮精極潤絲精很好用吹頭髮後都整天頭髮不扁塌；4樓公共走廊有投幣洗衣機及烘衣機及飲料機，還有微波爐免費使用超級感動，1樓有免費入浴劑自取。”

    “住宿地點距北上站幾公尺而已，某日下著傾盆大雨，我們從北上站西口走到飯店居然可以完全不用撐傘，非常的方便。入住時，北上市恰好有花火節，在房間窗口就能看到，真的是太幸運了。小孩喜歡鐵道與新幹線列車，也能直接從窗戶看到，是很美好的住宿體驗。如果藉由JR PASS來岩手旅遊，相當推薦這間飯店作為據點，各住宿條件很好又經濟實惠唷。”
