Our guesthouse is located on the third floor of an elegant residential building with panoramic views of the famous Via Vittor Pisani, just a short walk from Piazza della Repubblica. Perfectly connected by two subway lines, numerous trams, buses, and trains... it will be your perfect base for exploring everything this cosmopolitan city has to offer or simply for organizing a day trip! The minimalist design ensures well-deserved relaxation after a busy day of work or leisure, providing a serene atmosphere for complete rejuvenation.

The neighborhood is characterized by two distinct yet perfectly integrated identities: The first one has a strong artistic component, as evidenced by the colorful entrances of the subway and the railway passageway at Repubblica, as well as works like Michelangelo Pistoletto's gigantic marble apple that welcomes those arriving in the city from the Central Station. The second identity is future-oriented and focused on new technologies. In fact, the neighborhood not only hosts numerous digital companies but also offers cutting-edge technological services, such as augmented reality bus stop shelters. The Central Station is certainly one of the most imposing and iconic buildings in Milan. Everyone passes through it at least once! The monumental building with an Assyrian-Babylonian aesthetic that houses the railway station was inaugurated in the summer of 1931. Its towering structures, mosaics, and monumental statues, along with the large iron and glass vaults that span the tracks, will warmly welcome you whether you are departing or arriving. The Pirelli skyscraper, located right in front of the Central Station in Piazza Duca d'Aosta, was designed by Gio Ponti and inaugurated in 1960. A magnificent example of Italian rationalism and a symbol of the economic miracle, it was the tallest building in the city for nearly 50 years, surpassed in 2010 by Palazzo Lombardia, which is located nearby, and later by the UniCredit Tower (2012). The nearby Porta Nuova district is the symbol of contemporary Milan and is one of the largest urban redevelopment projects in Europe. Through the reintegration of the three neighborhoods of Garibaldi, Varesine, and Isola, it extends over 340,000 square meters and represents a perfect blend of the city's identity and a European vision. The innovation-driven Milan and the nightlife scene come together amid the skyscrapers of Piazza Gae Aulenti and the nightlife of Corso Como, a pedestrian street lined with luxury shops, bars and restaurants.
