The property is set inside the Delta del Po Regional Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will find sports facilities, a diving centre, evening and kids entertainment and a restaurant. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Bed linen is included. Accommodation features a patio with a table and chairs, an equipped kitchenette with a seating area and a private bathroom. The Village also offers shaded pitches just steps from the beach. The pitches are empty; you must bring your own tent or caravan. The pitches have electricity and water hookups.

The keys to the apartment are handed to the occupant on the afternoon of arrival, from 03:00 pm onwards and from 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays/Sundays/Mondays. The guest who has regularly checked in is allowed to enter the Residence pending the delivery of the keys to the apartment.
The water park slides can be used by children from 5 years old.
