The property is surrounded by ancient olive groves to the Mediterranean mixed green composed of the most varied species of plants and flowers, with separate entrance, terrace, oven, barbecue, possibility of beach access, private parking and more. The villa is on one floor, has a double bedroom, bedroom with three beds, one of which is removable, large living room, kitchen and bathroom with double vanities.
Mattinata can boast one of the most beautiful beaches of the Gargano: kilometers of smooth pebbles from a crystalline sea from which boat to visit the many caves, coves and beaches accessible only by sea. The Faraglioni of Bay of Zagare, Vignanotica beach and the Mattinata are marvels of nature.
