Villa Le Gallozzole is a XVIII century landowner mansion, laid on the top of a hill adorned with noble vineyards and lush olive trees, in the green heart of Chianti region. Beautifully restored in perfect harmony with the Rural surroundings of the area, is approachable via a scenical cypresses boulevard leading to a parking for guests and is bordered by a large private courtyard with swimming pool, garden, gazebo and outdoor furniture. The almost 200 square meters of interior, distributed between ground floor and first floor, feature tiled and stone floors and antique furniture; 5 bedrooms, 3 fully equipped bathrooms and 1 toilet, kitchen, laundry room, large living room with access to the garden. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi and central heating with natural gas.

Le Gallozzole farm spans approximately 60 hectares over Castellina in Chianti and Monteriggioni municipalities, covering the Southern end of Chianti and Chianti Classico production areas. Le Gallozzole is a stone trow away from Siena (10 Km), San Gimignano (30Km), Volterra (50 Km), Florence (60 km) and Pisa (80Km). The Farm’s vineyards have been completely restored in the past few years, in a Chianti area about 250/300 metres above sea level, with ideal southern exposure. That breathes life into the vine and the wine’s quality. The unique soil and climate condition of the area allowed it to plant, aside from The traditional Sangiovese, other noble vines such as Merlot and Cabernet covering The current 48 hectares of specialized vineyards. The Cellar is equipped with 50 hl, 200 hl, 300 hl, steel Vats operating on automatically Controlled temperature, for a total capacity of 5.500 hectoliters. Le Gallozzole Farm's Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from its 1.500 Olive Trees, Mostly Frantoio Olive, as well as traditionally Tuscan Leccino and Moraiolo varieties. Olives are hand picked in November and immediately crushed.
