The VILLA FELICE property is a portion of a lakeside villa located in the village of San Felice del Benaco, on Lake Garda. The apartment is spacious and can accommodate up to eight people. It is situated on the ground floor and is surrounded by a wonderful private flowered garden and a large terrace furnished with a table, chairs, swing, and barbecue, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the lake. The sleeping area has three bedrooms: two with double beds and a third with a French bed and a single bed. The apartment also has two bathrooms with shower cabins. The property includes a basement where four bicycles of various sizes and beach loungers are available for use during your stay. There are guidelines for waste separation.
