n a peaceful and elegant context, stands Villa Elena, a prestigious and refined residence located in Moniga del Garda. Located in an excellent strategic position, it is located 2 steps from the port and a 10-minute walk from the town center. Villa Elena is presented in a green oasis which is its large garden, with attention to every detail and which extends around the entire perimeter of the house. The Villa has an exclusive lake view, which can be enjoyed both from the ground floor and from the first floor (sleeping area). The Villa has a large swimming pool equipped with sunbeds, shower, umbrella and table, perfect for breakfast or lunch by the pool. Access to the structure is via an elegant staircase with an independent entrance. The parking is uncovered inside the Villa and can accommodate up to 4 cars. The Villa is TWO-FAMILY. All the spaces mentioned above and indicated are for the exclusive use of our guests. Consisting of 3 floors; the basement is currently inhabited and therefore NOT available for rent. The entrances are separate and independent of each other, the only common area is the avenue, which can be traveled by both guests and hosts with cars.
