NEW MANAGEMENT FROM 2023 Splendid Villa for 9 adults + 2 kids (or 8 adults + 4 kids) immersed in a lush park with a large infinity edge swimming pool. The villa is located in Padenghe sul Garda very close to the most beautiful beaches of Lake Garda. Arranged on the ground floor (1 bedroom) and first floor (3 bedrooms), it also has a large basement with tavern (3 beds), bathroom. Parking space for up to four vehicles. The ground floor consists of a large open space with a bright living room, a dining room with a splendid table, a kitchen complete with everything you need, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a large porch that surrounds it on both sides and overlooking the majestic garden with swimming pool. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with a 1.5 bed, a third with a 1.5 bed and a second bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning, just installed on 2023. We offer e 30 kwh free electric consumption per day, then it will be charged 0,40 euros per kwh. In the basement we can find a large bedroom with a double bed and a French bed. On the same level there is also another bathroom. The garden with luxuriant Mediterranean-style vegetation houses the large swimming pool with sundeck and a large gas bbq. Everything at your disposal for a dream holiday
