Villa Beatrice e’ situata ai Barcuzzi di Lonato del Garda in posizione panoramica sulle colline che circondano il lago e gode di una meravigliosa vista. La villa ha una superficie di 300 mq ed e’circondata da un giardino privato di 3.300 mq con 40 alberi di ulivo che assicurano privacy e tranquillita’.Nel giardino si trova una piscina privata fuori terra di 5 mt di diametro dove l’acqua e’ profonda circa 1,10 metri. All’interno del giardino recintato si trova un ampio parcheggio privato ,recintato ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Al piano terra troviamo l’ingresso con accesso alla grande cucina di 25 mq dotata di tutte le attrezzature con tavolo per 8 persone ,una sala da pranzo di 14 mq con tavolo e sedie di antiquariato, un grande soggiorno con pavimento in marmo di 50 mq oltre ad un bagno da giorno. Dalla cucina si accede al giardino in direzione della piscina, dal soggiorno invece si accede ad un grande portico di 25 mq dove si trova un salotto ed un tavolo in legno per 8 persone per pranzare godendo di una splendida vista del lago e di una brezza che giunge dalle colline che da’sollievo nelle giornate afose. La villa si trova sulle principali vie di comunicazione , ma allo stesso tempo in mezzo al verde e alla tranquillità. Villa Beatrice è posizionata a soli 5 Km da Desenzano del Garda, rinomata località turistica, a 10 km circa dalla penisola di Sirmione con il suo splendido castello Scaligero e le Terme , a 20 Km da Salò e a 30 km dai parchi a tema tra i quali Gardaland, Caneva World e Movieland Studios.La spiaggia del Lido di Lonato dista solo 1,5 km dalla villa dove si trovano ristoranti tipici e rinomati locali notturni.A pochi passi a piedi dalla villa invece ci sono un’ ottima trattoria,una pizzeria, un minimarket ed un bar con vendita giornali. A 5 km dalla villa in comune di Padenghe si trova un campo da golf denominato Arzaga Golf Club,mentre sempre a 5 km ma in comune di Desenzano si trova un grande centro commerciale denominato Il Leone.
