The apartment is located exactly in the center of Palermo, on the first floor of a stately building from the early 1900s, less than 100 meters from the Politeama theatre. The entire 110 m2 apartment is completely available to guests and consists of three bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning and TV (43-50" with Netflix, Prime, etc.) free Wifi, a large kitchen accessories (6-seater table, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, juicer, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, steamer, wide range of kitchen utensils, TV), laundry room with washing machine complete with all accessories for cleaning, iron and board ironing board, and two bathrooms (one of which is service), large living room with bookcase, corner sofa and 50” TV. From here you can take advantage of public transport links in all directions, as well as to and from the airport, and immediately access the main attractions of the city. The photos relating to the breakfast are purely indicative and do not involve the administration of any service in this sense by the host. Use of the lift is prohibited for the first floor. The administration of the building has ordered the activation of CCTV cameras inside for security and control purposes.

I am a photographer, member of the Union of Art Photographers of Russia and of the Italian and Russian Geographic Society. I've published in several magazines over the years, including National Geographic. Photography has been the best and most immediate means of getting to know the world for me and has given me the opportunity to visit unique places. The thing I love most is being able to share and socialize through the image. The location of the apartment allows you to reach extremely quickly and visit all the main areas of interest in Palermo. In fact, in just a few minutes you can reach the popular historic markets, such as Ballarò, the Capo and Vucciria, as well as the major sites of historical monumental interest, including the Arab Norman Cathedral, Piazza Pretoria, the Teatro Massimo. All the main public transport stops, as well as to and from the airport, are located in Piazza Politeama, less than 100 meters from the apartment. The walking routes are extremely pleasant, given the immediate vicinity of the Massimo theater and access to the historic center, with an abundant and differentiated cultural and gastronomic offer, typical of the city of Palermo.
