3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, exclusive outdoor area. This house comes with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool to share with 2 other small properties. The total of people in the pool never exceed a total of 10. Ancient stone-style traditional Tuscan house renovated with modern comforts. Located in the heart of Chianti, in a peaceful relaxing area, it's the perfect location to tour around Tuscany and visit Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Lucca, and Pisa.
I was born in Tuscany Italy, I lived in Melbourne (AUS) London (UK) and Cologne (DE), and now in between Los Angeles and Florence. I’ve been my self an expat for years that is why I sympathize with foreigners who come to spend time in Tuscany. CASTELLINA IN CHIANTI IS A BEAUTIFUL HISTORIC TOWN IN THE HEART OF TUSCANY BETWEEN FLORENCE AND SIENNA We suggest you have a car. The city of Castellina is 1.5 miles away. Some people like to walk. We noticed that because of the beauty and comfortable ambiance of our properties, our guests like to stay in most of their stay.
