Living room and kitchen The glance as soon as you enter the apartment is remarkable: you can not be immediately overwhelmed by the energy emanating from yellow that undoubtedly dominates the living room, being the color of the chairs and the wall behind the kitchen. This goes very well with the modern furniture of the room, the wooden parquet and the white windows; among these, a French window allows access to a lovely balcony overlooking the Ministry of Justice. The living area consists of an open kitchen, a round dining table with four seats, a double sofa bed in front of which there is an elegant carpet and a coat stand. Bedrooms and bathrooms The master bedroom is very sober and elegant: walls and wardrobes are candid, to give color we find the parquet and carpet at the foot of the bed; the two windows, then, give a lot of brightness to the environment. Inside the room we find the small modern bathroom, characterized this time by a green oil wall and the mosaic floor. The shower is large and the wooden floor where the sink rests takes up the theme of the mirror frame and shelves. There is also a second bathroom with bright yellow walls and a light mosaic floor used as a laundry thanks to the presence of a washing machine, a basket for dirty laundry and a washbasin. Self check-in is provided for this apartment. Thanks to the electronic lock and accesses that we will send you before your arrival, you will be able to enter independently from 3:00 pm on the day of check-in. You will only need your smartphone with your active Internet connection. If you wish to be greeted in person instead, please let us know at the time of booking. This service has an additional charge and is available from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Self check-out is by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

The colorful apartment stands in the San Giovanni area, one of the Roman districts that can count on a thousand-year-old tradition dating back to the Etruscan era. Defined in local terminology as Appio-Latino, it includes several Renaissance buildings and hides a long series of points of interest such as the famous Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and the Lateran Palace; very interesting also the avenues, with their typical cobblestones that make them even more evocative. The area is also well served both by public transport (the Lodi metro stop is just 3 minutes walk away) and by restaurants that are triavano for every taste.
