Immersa in 400 ettari tra uliveti, vigneti e bosco di lecci, la Tenuta vanta una posizione tranquilla ed è situata a 1 km circa dalla Abbazia di Santa Maria di Cerrate e a 16 km dalla citta barocca di Lecce. La spiaggia convenzionata più vicina è situata nel parco naturale delle Cesine. Suddivise tra le due masserie, le camere, ampie e finemente arredate, sono tutte dotate di aria condizionata, minibar e Smart Tv con canali internazionali.
