Founded in Como in 2012 The House Of Travelers sets its company principle on "New Generation Holidays Solutions". The corporate objective is to offer, in areas of particular tourist interest, innovative services in the real estate field by proposing new techniques aimed at optimizing the property for short and medium term rentals. In particular, the services offered concern the marketing and advertising activities, the possibility of customizing the property, the complete management of the accommodation, administrative assistance and the booking of events for tourist purposes.

Property information

Comfort, a magical atmosphere and relaxation are essential elements for the guest to have an unforgettable experience. For this purpose we have created an oasis of privacy and well-being in a highly characteristic context in the center of Como. From an ancient convent characterized by vaulted ceilings, later converted into a carpentry, three new suites have come to life that reflect the canons of modernity while respecting the historical and architectural context. In our suites it is possible to try, in total tranquility and in the utmost privacy, a wellness experience with private Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath so as to be able to enjoy a precious moment of relaxation. The apartment with two bedrooms has 2 bathrooms, 1 equipped with Turkish bath, the Suite Deluxe has an hot tub and also Turkish bath, the Superior apartment has a bigger hot tub and also a sauna. All our suites have a private terrace.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located in Via Borgo Vico 35, an historical street of Como, really close to the downtown, the lake and the main train station Como San Giovanni. In the street you can find some nice shops, restaurants, bars and really good pastry shops for the breakfast!
