Our modern and spacious three-room apartment is the ideal place for a dream holiday on the shores of the beautiful Lake Como, enjoy unforgettable moments in the large private garden with lake view and refreshed in the hottest hours of summer by diving in the fantastic communal pool! The perfect place for couples, families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful and exclusive resorts in the world. The apartment has a cooling system but not air conditioning, to improve comfort during the summer months when it can be very hot there are fans.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in Via Carate, on the beautiful hills of Ossuccio, fraction of Tremezzina, one of the most beautiful and famous towns around Lake Como, in a very quiet residential area with priceless lake view. The lake and the lido of Ossuccio are just 5 minutes walk away, a short distance there are also several bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We also recommend a visit to the nearby Isola Comacina, reachable in a few minutes, the landing stage is located near the Lido di Ossuccio. A little further on, in the hamlet of Lenno, there is also the beautiful Villa del Balbianello, a unique combination of history and nature from which to enjoy the most beautiful views of Lake Como. At the moment there's a construction site close to the property so there could be some noise during weekdays.
