We are Mirko and Riccardo and we successfully manage several properties here in Florence. Santarosa Rooms is our preferred and best place in whom we have put lots of work and attention. Property information

Santarosa Rooms is a brand new renovated guest house. All the furniture and details has been chosen carefully to give the best experience to our guests. All the rooms have king size beds (180*200 cm) except for room 4 ( standard double bed 160*200 cm). All the rooms have high speed WIFI and air conditioning plus a 43 flat smart tv with Netflix installed. All the rooms have a small refrigerator and a safety box. All the rooms have an internal spacious bathroom with very large showers. There is also a nice little common area equipped with free cofee and free depurated water and with a library of interesting book about art in florence and Italy. No kitchen available.

Neighbourhood information

Santarosa Rooms is located in the oltrarno area, the best spot in Florence, awarded by the Lonely Planet guide as one the coolest neighborood in Europe. From here all the historical city is at max 30 minutes walking but we are also away from the crowdy masses of the tourism. This part of the city is well know for the may nice local restaurants and also for the old craftsman shops. It is truly a gem inside the city.
