The antique floors, each room have been preserved and restored "Room with a View 105" is located a few meters from San Giovanni and Santa Maria Maggiore, and a short walking from Termini station, easily accessible by Metro. "Room with a View 105" offers a location close to the historical center and the most important monuments and museums of Rome. "Room with a View 105" can be an important point for those traveling for business or leisure, and welcoming its guests in a pleasant and elegant atmosphere.The goal is to offer our guests an exclusive and personal service, dedicated to those who want a vacation or a business stay in an extra hotel with all the best services of a hotel, with the added value the priceless feeling of being at home.

The Guest House is close to the quaint, and increasingly in vogue, Rione Monti.
