Romantic Lake View - CIR 017182 CNI 00067 In the center of Sulzano, in the Borgo della Paglia residence, beautiful three-room apartment overlooking the lake with swimming pool. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms furnished and equipped kitchen. Large terrace entirely overlooking the lake with beautiful outdoor furniture set to be used for dinners and lunches enjoying the view. Laundry area, as well as parking in the garage and outdoor parking space. All furnished and equipped with refinement and attention to detail. Truly a gem on Lake Iseo.

This property is located just a few meters from downtown Sulzano, from here you have a lovely (public) beach and to the ferry boat that connects Monte Isola and other towns, restaurants and coffee shops and supermarket.
