The flats are part of a newly built residential complex in the town of Orosei, about 90 km from the port and airport of Olbia. The Marina di Orosei, a long sandy shore about 5 km long, has numerous beaches such as Su Barone, Osala and Su Petrosu, and is only 3 km from the residence. All flats are air-conditioned and furnished in typical Sardinian style. The residence has a reception office, outdoor showers, swimming pool and solarium at 200 m from the Maria Rosaria Hotel. PRICE INCLUDES: Energy consumption (electricity, water and gas), first supply of bed linen and towels (linen change every 7 nights, only for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the client before check-out).
