Splendid newly built Villa, in Tuglie, a small town just 8km from the sea of ​​Gallipoli and 6km from Lido Conchiglie. Ideal for those who want to spend a quiet holiday away from the chaos of the beautiful city without giving up the sea that can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The villa consists of two levels: the ground floor with a large open space with a sofa bed, a large table with 6 chairs, 1 bathroom with a shower cubicle and a basin sink with a solid wood top, a double bedroom with a walk-in closet and air conditioning. another double bedroom. The tavern area with sofa, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together, fireplace, table with 6 chairs, kitchen with 5 burners, oven, hood, no frost refrigerator, freezer and double sink; 1 bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, wc; large outdoor garden equipped with table and chairs.
