The unique and private Spa-Retreat “Paradise on Earth, a 400 sqm antique stone house, completely renovated in 2018 and 2019, embedded in a wild sloping natural garden with old trees, spring and brook, enthroned at 800m above the 'Lago Maggiore'. From the 120 sqm, with fine garden furniture and fire place fitted terrace, which the guests can use, you have a spectacular view over the lake, the 3 Borromean Islands and the Swiss Alps. The interior of the house is a mix of design andrustic: stone and antique wooden walls, an enormous antique stone fire place and a wooden staircase made of 200-year-old beams. In the separate Guest Attic on the 2nd floor there is the romantic “All-Wood-Chalet Suite”, consisting of 2 separate rooms, connected by a small corridor. Both rooms offer king size beds, writing desks, one additionally has sofa and roof window with amazing view. In the basement there is the 100 sqm luxurious design spa for free use with a design sauna, steam bath, diving tub to cool down, elegant loungers for chilling in front of the 3D illusion fireplace, 2 experience showers, weight bench, Elliptical trainer, 65 '' flat screen TV, coffee and Tea bar, fruits and biscuits.

I will do my best to make your stay unforgettable, because the luxurious and yet incredibly cozy and unique private Spa Retreat “Paradise on Earth” is indeed a small “Paradise on Earth” which you can find here in Stresa Alpino, it is the perfect place to switch off, recharge your batteries, to calm down, to enjoy the nature and the silence and let your mind wander but still come to known the beautiful area by doing activities.
The property and stone house is in an extremely quite area, high above Stresa arriving by a residential street, only a few cars drive there. In 300 m distance, on the same line of the property, is the famous 40 hectare "Botanical Garden Alpinia" with over 1,000 mountain plant species. "I have seen many beautiful places in Europe and America, and I claim that the Viewpoint from the Alpino is the most beautiful place on earth. " (Henry Correvon, founder of the famous Swiss alpine garden 'La Linnea'). The cable car station to "Monte Mottarone" is in 200 m distance further on, that area is considered one of the most beautiful natural "balconies" in the whole of Piedmont with a 360 ° panoramic view. The beautiful 9-hole golf course "Golf Club Alpino" of Stresa is 3 km away from the property. It takes 15 minutes to drive down to the picturesque small town of Stresa, there are also the landing stages for boat crossings to the Borromean Islands. In Verbania (28 km away) there is the fantastic botanical garden "Villa Taranto" with one of the largest exotic plant collections in Europe.
