A place for sports and relaxation known for its unique landscapes, views, endless walking trails and other sport possibilities like paragliding. The apartment of 50m2 with amazing panoramic views is situated in a calm residence park and offers you a comfortable stay. It is strategically located between Lake Iseo and Lake Endine. Perfect for families, couples and companies of up to 4 persons.

The San Fermo Hills are a magical place with a unique atmosphere in the Bergamasque Prealps. As soon as you take the first few curves up the hills, you notice that you have arrived in a totally different world. The higher you climb up the San Fermo Hills, the more you're welcomed by the typical sounds and scents of the mountains. Within only 10 minutes it's possible to walk from your apartment to the top of the San Fermo Hills where you can enjoy a stunning 360 degrees view; on one side you gaze over the valleys from Milan to Piemonte and Liguria in the distance, and on the other side you gaze up to the Central Alpine mountains nearby. During the summer, the grass slopes on the hill are also a great place to picnic and sunbath with a nice fresh wind. The area is also extremely popular with sportspeople, not only are there endless opportunities for hiking and biking, but the place is also known as a paradise for paragliders and other flight activities. There's also a designated landing area for controlled model planes. A peaceful and calm location in the middle of nature. There's plenty to experience within the San Fermo Hills, but Lake Iseo, Lake Endine, Bergamo and other points of interest are all within driving range as well!
