Offering air-conditioned apartments, Modus Vivendi is set in Sanremo, about 1 km from the sea promenade and 1.5 km from the Casino. From season 2024 guest can enjoy free off charge the seasonal outdoor pool. With views over the Ligurian coast, the units have a TV and safety deposit box are also included. The private bathroom has a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Some units also have a kitchenette. Modus Vivendi is a 10-minute drive from the Sanremo exit of the A10 motorway. The cities of Monaco and Imperia are both 40 km away.
