The room inside the apartment is situated in a green and residential area, inhabited only by the friendly and discreet host. You will be the only external guest during your stay, ensuring a quiet and pleasant experience. Unlike other accommodations, you will enjoy total privacy and particularly meticulous cleanliness. You will have at your disposal a spacious double room of about 16 square meters, equipped with a comfortable French bed, a small table, a Smart TV, and space for your clothes. Everything has been designed to guarantee you a relaxing rest after intense days spent in Milan. The bathroom is large, with a shower cabin, bidet, hairdryer, and linens available to guests, and is shared with the host. This accommodation is ideal for those who wish to spend a few days in Milan, feel at home, or work efficiently without sacrificing comfort or dealing with the stress of having too many people around. The location is very central and convenient in Milan, with excellent connections throughout the city, particularly with the Isola and Financial District. It is easily accessible by all available means of transportation. **IMPORTANT:** - The cat Misha is occasionally present in the property (see photos). - There is no reception desk open during check-in hours. - The guest must inform the host of their arrival time within 24 hours of check-in. In the case of last-minute changes to the check-in time, delays may occur, or it may not be possible to guarantee a punctual check-in, as well as for last-minute bookings with less than 24 hours' notice.

Piazza Gai Aulenti, the Vertical Forest, and the Isola district, along with Garibaldi Station, are about 1.9 km from the apartment and can be easily accessed via bus number 43 or the lilac metro line. The Milan Cathedral (Duomo) is also conveniently reachable by the yellow metro line from the Sondrio stop.
