Studio apartment (35m2) recently renovated. 2nd floor no lift. Bright and well connected to the center of Florence and Chianti. M4 BLACK is designed for tourists and remote workers (2 LAN stations + WIFI coverage). The studio apartment is divided into 2 super-equipped areas. There is a kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso and kettle), sofa, smart TV and balcony. The double bed has a topper. Air conditioning and a small laundry area are also available.

In over 10 years together we have traveled a lot and today our dream is to reciprocate the hospitality we have received with a comfortable and stimulating stay. We will be happy to accompany you to discover Florence and Chianti. A fascinating corner of the world.
The neighborhood you are in is a quiet residential neighborhood and offers many services: From Monday to Friday, in the morning in the square in front of the apartment there is a small market. Also in the square you will find a free drinking water dispenser and also a well-stocked bakery where you can taste the typical Tuscan bread and the famous Schiacciata. The closest supermarket is Coop which is only 3 minutes away on foot. The nearest pharmacy is a stone's throw away. Good variety of bars and restaurants in the area, easily reachable on foot.
