Property information

Elegant open space with independent entrance and double bedroom with terrace overlooking the lake. Live a unique experience in this charming attic, embellished with stone walls and exposed beams with modern and refined furnishings. Divided into 3 small completely open spaces: entrance, bathroom with emotional shower, chromotherapy, waterfall jet and lake view, relaxation area, bedroom with mezzanine. Not suitable for elderly people with mobility problems (ladder to the mezzanine) and especially for tall people. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking 360 ° view of the mountains and Lake Como. All parking is public and free. There are parking lots on the edge of the road or in another parking lot halfway up the hill reachable within 10 / 15 minutes on foot.

Neighbourhood information

The open space is located inside the village and can only be reached on foot . All parking is free. Some are 10 /1 5 minutes from the apartment. Upon request we provide: flowers, cakes, etc. for birthdays, anniversaries and romantic surprises.. It is possible to order hot dishes and pizza at home from an excellent restaurant in Como, Directly on the lake is the restaurant "Momi" and in the center of town the grocery store "la Dispensa",Bar pizzeria Centrale.
