My Amazing Times is a company specialized in short rentals. We're launching also a new short rentals brand, that you will see in the next months: Nativoo. We manage over 100 properties on the Como Lake and in the surrounding mountains and guarantee our guests a smooth and unforgettable experience. We're available to assist with any questions or offer recommendations for local experiences. IMPORTANT: since we're a professional Property Manager, for all our properties you will be asked to access a portal (Octorate) to fill the additional informations requested by law in Italy: register all guests data, sign the rental agreement, add your payment method to pay extras (if selected during the check-in phase; i.e. additional cleaning fee for pets where allowed) or tourist tax (where requested by the municipality). Sometimes communication via phone is smoother; maybe you will be requested to accept our messages, that will come directly from our channel management system. For example you will receive information and videos for the self check-in in case you will arrive out of the check-in window. You will have a "House Manager" that will be available for you in case of need.  

Apartment with excellent finishes, comfortable beds and recently renovated bathroom with large shower, located in the heart of Barzio, a few steps from the town center and suitable for those who want to treat themselves to a relaxing and comfortable stay. The apartment is located in the central Via Manzoni, and is accessed through a small balcony for private use that can be reached through a typical courtyard and two small flights of stairs. It consists of two rooms plus bathroom: the large entrance serves as a living room with a very well-equipped open kitchen; On the left there is a sofa bed, on the right a large table and a closet. The large windows on two sides give a great brightness to the room. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, bathroom with toilet, bidet, walk-in shower and sink, and anteroom with washing machine. The terrace is equipped with a small table with chairs and can be used to enjoy summer evenings or for outdoor morning breakfasts. The spaces have been designed to offer a comfortable stay: large spaces, beds with comfortable mattresses, fast Wi-Fi, and everything you need for a complete stay: kitchen equipped with dishes for cooking and dining, oven and stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, comfortable sofa, dining table, flat-screen TV, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. High chair for children on request. The apartment is delivered complete with sheets and towel set for all guests, and a welcome kit consisting of oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher fluid and toilet paper. The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.

Barzio is a small village located in the heart of Valsassina valley. This valley, hidden from Como lake by Grigna mountain, is famous for its cheese production and is full of local, high-quality restaurants and agritourism that maintain the traditional spirit of an Italian village in spite of its proximity to famous touristic areas and Milan. The area is full of hiking and climbing paths of various difficulties and from Barzio you can take a cable car to Piani di Bobbio, a large mountain area where you can ski in winter.
