KRIZIA MARE CIR:19089002C225120 Apartment for tourist purposes, located on the 1st floor, from the balcony and the terrace, Krizia Mare enjoys a pleasant sea view in a short distance (it is not facing the sea). About 100 meters from the sandy beach of "Pantanello", Krizia, is delivered very clean, has a balcony and an equipped terrace located on the upper floor. Inside you will find notices to be respected and emergency numbers-etc, you will also be informed about the operation of the electricity-water and gas systems. Documents required upon arrival; Payment of the cost of the stay at check-in or via the booking portal. From the delivery of the keys until the end of the stay, guests will take care of the apartment and their interiors, they are responsible for their luggage and personal effects since the owner does not assume any responsibility in case of theft or loss. The photos are real and the decorative aspects have the sole purpose of representing the apartment. Linen only at the entrance, cleaning at the end of the stay. NO meals. Tourist tax on site. Notification of guests to the Police Headquarters. Supervision by parents or adults is required in the presence of children. The air-conditioned rooms are only the 2 double rooms, the bedroom with single beds and the kitchen are not air-conditioned, a fan is provided. Any unexpected breakdowns during the stay, for example: air conditioning, bathroom, pipes if not repairable immediately or as soon as possible, at the request of guests who want to leave the house for the reasons listed or if temporarily uninhabitable due to the type of unexpected breakdown, part of the days not enjoyed will be returned, meaning the deduction from the total cost of the expenses already incurred by Krizia Mare (eg. Taxes, commissions etc), no other refunds are foreseen for any other reason.
