A few steps from the Cathedral of Palermo, 20 meters from the "Giovanni Falcone" National Boarding School and the Central Police Headquarters, the Curia, in the heart of the historic center, is this splendid apartment of about 60 square meters, recently renovated and furnished, ideal for a holiday dedicated to art, culture and food and wine. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an independent entrance, it is furnished with a fitted kitchen equipped with everything, complete with a 4-burner hob, kettle, coffee machine and fridge with freezer. The dining room consists of a table with 5 chairs, flat screen TV. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and luggage rack and flat screen TV. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room, and a single bed so the apartment can accommodate up to five guests. The bathroom consists of a large shower tray, sink, toilet and bidet. There is a hairdryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron. Wi-Fi is free and present throughout the apartment, you can use the Netflix platform for free. The apartment has independent heating and air conditioning. For those arriving by car, the apartment is in a restricted traffic area, therefore a pass must be purchased to access the aforementioned "ZTL" area (the structure can provide a paid pass at a reduced price), car parking is free and free on the public road. It is possible for those who have their own vehicle to find free parking in the vicinity of the structure. It is possible to book breakfast for celiacs and lactose intolerant. Breakfast is provided by the structure in single-serving snacks (packaged products) as shown in the published photo.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, ice cream parlors and pubs. The apartment is located in the historic center: within walking distance you can reach the Cathedral, the "Giovanni Falcone" National Boarding School, the Central Police Headquarters, the Curia. Descending from Corso Vittorio Emanuele you arrive at the Quattro Canti, in such a way as to choose whether to continue towards Piazza Pretoria and Palazzo di Città, or go down towards the Cala or take Via Maqueda to reach the Teatro Massimo and subsequently in the main shopping streets, Teatro Politeama etc .. Furthermore, the neighborhood is the heart of the nightlife within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity there are the historic markets of Ballarò, Vucciria and Capo, as well as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc. (you can delight yourself with street food so I suggest you go at lunchtime to experience the colors and flavors of the local market), leaving the house on the left you will find a bakery with typical baked goods, a mini market and a pharmacy. Behind the house (Salita Ramirez), there is the Sicilian cart museum and on the road you can take souvenir photos of our Sicilian symbol, in front of the Cathedral there is the Morocco Bar you can eat a snack bar and enjoy the panorama of the majestic Cathedral.
