Cozy 35 sqm studio apartment with balcony located on the 1st floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for the disabled). The property is located on the road connecting Como and Menaggio, a few steps from the town center and only 300 meters from the "Lido" of Ossuccio, a hamlet of the municipality of Tremezzina overlooking the "Zoca de l'Oli", a quiet cove in front of the Comacina Island. There are several steps to access the building both from the pedestrian entrance and from the rear courtyard. *LONG STAY ALLOWED* The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge, freezer, capsule coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchenware and wine glasses), dining table and 50-inch TV; - SLEEPING AREA with double bed; - BATHROOM with sink (in the anteroom), shower, bidet and toilet; - BALCONY with table and chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: AC, unlimited wifi, fan, independent heating, wardrobe, insect screens, drying rack and hairdryer. Private parking space in the rear courtyard. In the rear courtyard there is a deposit for sports equipment available to guests.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in Ossuccio, a characteristic hamlet of the municipality of Tremezzina overlooking the "Zoca de l'Oli", a quiet cove in front of the Comacina Island so named because of the remarkable tranquility of its waters, precisely "smooth as the oil". Among the main attractions of the village and its surroundings, it is worth mentioning the Church of Santi Eufemia eVincenzo, the Church of Santa Maria Maddalena with its suggestive bell tower, the Sacro Monte della Beata Vergine del Soccorso (UNESCO heritage), the abbey of San Benedetto in Val Perlana, the Comacina Island (reachable directly from Ossuccio by taxi boat) and the Antiquarium Museum, which collects the artifacts found in the various sites of the Comacina Island and the Ossuccio territory. Bars, supermarkets and restaurants are within 1km.
