Located in Tordibetto di Assisi, 5 km from the Basilica of San Francesco, La Perla di Assisi is a loft set in a villa with swimming pool, garden and free private parking. The loft features a bedroom with two double beds, one single bed and a living room with sofa, TV, relaxation area, kitchen, fridge, kettle and microwave. There are air conditioning and radiators. It is an open space located in the attic of the villa; the entrance is private and the environment is completely separate, it is in fact located on the second floor. The loft space is therefore entirely available to the guest. Guests will also find a large garden where they can relax, sunbathe, enjoy the swimming pool and use the barbecue. Near the loft there is also a walking path surrounded by nature with a splendid stream. The price includes bed linen and towels. The location is excellent: although surrounded by nature, the loft is located a stone's throw from Perugia-San Francesco di Assisi Airport (8 km), from the train station of Assisi (6 km) and Bastia Umbra (2 km), from the Lyrick (6 km), the Federal Boxing Center (6 km) and the Umbrafiere Exhibition Center (4 km). We also offer a transfer service from the airport to the loft upon request. The station of Assisi is 6 km away and that of Bastia Umbra is only 2 km away. Perugia is 20 km away Spello is 18 km away Foligno is 25 km away

Assisi is very close to the loft, as are the main towns in the area (e.g. Bastia Umbra). A few km away there are supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias and bars.
