La Casa Rosa bnb is an old farmhouse full of authentic details dating back to another era. In the year 2023 it was completely renovated and furnished through an intelligent and sustainable design, respecting the environment. We have tried to maintain the valuable elements while renewing the many incongruous or simply deteriorated elements over time. On the first floor we have inserted soundproofing walls covered with natural lime-based products, while the old ceilings have been replaced with fir wood planks, making the environment welcoming and contemporary but at the same time rustic and country. All the windows have been replaced with single-leaf windows which, in addition to being highly performing acoustically, become an integral part of the furnishings as they are transformed into a real animated picture, from which you can admire the suggestive Tuscan hills. Finally, each room was furnished trying to combine the architectural elements of the house itself, rustic and authentic by their nature, with more minimalist and contemporary furnishing elements. Personally we believe we have succeeded in our aim and we hope that the result will please every guest who stays with us.

La Casa Rosa bnb is ready to welcome you and make you experience how's to live in the Tuscan countryside just 6 km from Florence! (Vegetarian breakfast included). To reach the property, from the nearest bus stop, it is necessary to travel along a private road just under 1 km long. At La Casa Rosa bnb it is possible to stay in four rooms, simple and with a sober taste, furnished with hand-built wooden beds and wardrobes. The wall near the bed, as well as those in the bathrooms, were made of natural lime-based resin, thus creating a hygienic environment with pale and soft colours. Both the bed and the headboard were handcrafted with Swiss pine wood, a typical tree of the Italian Alps, highly appreciated for its beneficial effects on the body: in addition to being ideal for allergy sufferers thanks to its antibacterial effect, it can also to lower the heart rate and increase the quality of sleep by promoting energy recovery. In addition to the rooms, various common areas are available for you: on the ground floor there is the main living room, where on the coldest days of the year we will light the wood-burning fireplace; in the next room there is the breakfast room, where every morning a vegetarian breakfast will be served preferring organically grown products. Finally, on the first floor there is a small lounge floored in oak where you can relax or play a board game with friends. We have consciously chosen not to put any TV in the house, as we would like the quiet of the house itself and the nature that surrounds it to entertain you; in fact outside there is, ready to wait for you, a large garden that overlooks, first on our vineyard and then on the village of Galluzzo; on one side of the garden there is a gazebo furnished with chairs and tables, where, when the weather permits, breakfast will be served.
