Outside, Sicily. We’re just steps from Via Atenea, the Pirandello Theater, and only 5 minutes by car from the Valley of the Temples. You’ll be welcomed in the heart of the city yet far from the noise. Here, you won’t find luxury. You’ll find truth, stillness, and authenticity. It’s a house. But also a project. It’s La Carbonaia. Where warmth was once produced, now we welcome humanity.

We are just steps from the historic Via Atenea, with its bars, restaurants, and trattorias.
