The villa is located in the Natural Park of the Bracciano and Martignano lakes, about 30 km from the center of Rome and 40 Km from Viterbo . The structure was redesigned respecting the criteria of eco-sustainability, maintaining simplicity, basic services and comfort. All systems are aligned with the law. The gas was replaced by electricity with the help of photovoltaic and solar system . We use waste recycling.

Daniela, together with her husband Marco, after more than 25 years working in multinational companies as Manager, decided to buy a home in a place that would allow to enjoy the quiet and nature, away from the daily rhythms and chaotic life underground, that requires frequent moves. Daniela also comes from a family of restaurateurs and is graduated Sommelier, knows the art of good wine and good food. The Daniela’s idea, owner of the activity, started with the design of “Just House”. The project is just at the beginning of its evolution. The goal is to create a link between the beauty and goodness of the natural surroundings, in order to share them with those who have the pleasure to learn more about them. Just House will offer hospitality based on the concept of 3 key points: • Friendliness • Comfort • Calm Each feedback to support the growth of Just House, will be appreciated and taken into account to improve.

Just House is located in the country of north of Rome, on the border with the Viterbo province. The area is surrounded by natural parks, little villages, lakes and Etruscan culture. The Vallelunga Autodrome is an opportunity for fans of engines, thanks to its calendar of events . In the center of Campagnano of Rome, every last Sunday of the month , takes place the antiques market.
