Apartment located in a hamlet dating back to the end of 1800 in the picturesque context of the Chianti hills. Ideal for those who want to spend their days visiting Siena and the characteristic neighboring towns and then return to the peace and tranquility of the countryside, just 10 kilometers from the city center. This apartment is located on the ground floor. It has an entrance/living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower.
My name is Davide. Sardinian by birth, Tuscan by adoption. I worked for 15 years in a telecommunications company and then changed my life and dedicated myself to the work of Host, first in Sardinia and then in Tuscany. I have at heart the satisfaction of my guests and I do my best to ensure that they can enjoy the comfort of my homes and the beauty of this land. At your arrival I will be glad to welcome you and show you the characteristics of the apartment and give you every useful advice to spend the best of your stay. I will be available for every need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ****************** In compliance with the provisions on physical distance, I will welcome guests outside the apartment to indicate the entrance. I will remain outside waiting for the guests to verify that the apartment corresponds to what is indicated on the advertisement.
Corsignano has all the architectural features of the ancient Tuscan hamlets where the stone and red brick blend harmoniously with the colors of the countryside and the surrounding vineyards. The apartment is located at a few seconds walk from several agritourisms and the restaurant La Fornace. And if you like good wine, don't miss the opportunity to taste the real Chianti at Fattoria di Corsignano, just 200 meters from the apartment. At 3.5 km is the village of Pontignano with its famous Certosa. The village of Vagliagli is 4 km far and offers some characteristic restaurants and a minimarket. At 6 km is Pievasciata with the Parish Church of San Giovanni, one of the oldest churches in Chianti and the Park of Sculptures. As an alternative to the car, a few meters from the apartment, there is a bus stop that allows you to easily reach the center of Siena without having to worry about parking.
