Our cozy property is located in a charming 15th-century building, once owned by the historic Canacci family. The apartment, recently renovated with a sober and modern style, retains some original features that make it truly unique. Situated on the second floor without an elevator, the building will make you feel immersed in history while enjoying modern comforts. The property consists of only three rooms, ensuring an intimate and peaceful atmosphere. Each guest will have their own private room with an en-suite bathroom, offering the utmost comfort and privacy. Additionally, the small shared kitchen is available for preparing a coffee break or a quick snack. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, and a washing machine. (Note: there is no stove, but all other comforts are at your disposal!) A corner of history, tranquility, and warm hospitality, where every detail tells a story. We are ready to welcome you and make your stay in Florence unforgettable!

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, just 10 minutes on foot from the Duomo and 20 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, making it the perfect starting point to explore the city. Just steps away, you'll find cozy bars, lively venues, and delicious restaurants. The parallel street is a quiet residential area, filled with charming shops and historic markets such as the Mercato delle Pulci, inaugurated in 1963 in Piazza dei Ciompi, and the Mercato di Sant'Ambrogio, dating back to 1873, the oldest in the city. Whether you're looking for a coffee break, an aperitif at sunset, or a fine dining experience, our neighborhood has a lot to offer, with a warm and authentic atmosphere.
