Short walking distance to most of the attractions.

This is quite area 10 minutes walking from the SMN train station, 15 minutes walking to the Cascine park and Arno river. If you like to running in the morning or have a nice walking at night near the Arno river, Cascine park the best choice. There are good cafés and restaurants around in short walking distance. And if you like to make meals at home, it take 5 mins by tram to local supermarket Esselunga/Coop to get fresh food. If you want to have fun in the centre old city, bus and tram stops are just downstairs. Basically you can walk to most of the places, like cafe, restaurants, supermarket, park nearby. You can also take bus and tram T2 in the bus/tram stops downstairs to wherever you wanna go. If you prefer drive, street parking in front of the building is available.
