This is the thrid turistic facility I have opened, the more I work the environment the more I enjoy this job. Making our guests feel at home and comfortable is the main goal. I always try to meet every need or request. As a host I have the duty as well as the pleasure to try to make your stay/holiday as peaceful and relaxing as possible. I give advice on places and experiences that you can visit and do in our beautiful Verona that maybe are not just the classic ones already known. Also giving advice on the best places to eat! Domus 44 was born from a family lunch where we decided to put all ourselves into this beautiful work at best of our ability by putting the satisfaction of our guests at the center of the project.

Property information

Domus 44 is located at the gates of the historic center and offers comfortable accommodations with free WiFi in all areas. All rooms are air conditioned, have an open closet, a private bathroom, a set of towels, a hairdryer, a brand new Smart TV, and some offer a private balcony. The property is located in a private Art Nouveau villa that has been totally renovated on may 2023 to offer guests the best possible stay with every comfort. It is strategically located. In fact it is a 5-minute walk from Verona Porta Nuova station and a 10-minute walk from the Arena and Piazza Bra. The Verona Exhibition can also be reached very easily.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is very quiet and enjoys a strategic location from which you can easily reach both the city centre and the train station as well as the Verona Exhibition. It is the first of a series of residential villas.
