The suites are on the first floor, have a beautiful and relaxing panoramic view and they are spacious (about 70 square metres) and elegant with antique furniture. The Dimora delle Donnole is not a simply bed and breakfast but it looks like a luxury hotel, where the beauty of the building matches perfectly the services and accommodation high quality. If you are looking a Luxury Residence in Bergamo the Dimora delle Donnole is the right place where to stay.
The “Dimora delle Donnole” is an historic residence right in the beautiful Regional Parco dei Colli in Bergamo near some fascinating historical and artistic locations of Bergamo Upper Town (Bergamo Alta) and it is part of its life, its surroundings and its proud but welcoming atmosphere.The spectacular perimeter of the Venetian Walls of Bergamo Upper Town (at 1.7 km): a distance that can be walked on the ancient path of Castagneta street until the opening on the Colle Aperto which is the first entrance to the Upper Town. Today it is the central point of the spectacular view and in the past it was the heart of the defensive system of the San Marco fortress during the Venetian dominance.The Dimora is in an ancient country manor house whose main building dates back to the end of the XVI century and links its origin to the time and purposes of the erection of the protective Venetian Walls. Residence is surrounded by a big garden, during the spring and the summer time we serve a breakfast in outside of the house in our beautiful and spettacolaur garden.
