We offer an independent apartment! There is space for 2-6 people, making it ideal for children and pets, as well as for those who simply want to relax in a quiet spot surrounded by nature. To arrive here, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAR, as the last 400 meters of the road are DIRT ROADS, like many others in the beautiful Tuscan Countryside. The country house, also connected to the construction of our house, is entirely independent and very bright, with three French doors and a glass window along the entire corridor. It consists of a large living room-kitchen with a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove and oven, as well as a wood stove. For the winter months, in addition to the wood-burning stove provided by us (included in the total price), there is also LPG gas central heating. However, this is not included in the price and you will have to pay separately based on your consumption. The house offers a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, a double bedroom, and another small room with a loft (with a large single bed -120cm) plus a single bed underneath. Additionally, the sofa in the living room-kitchen can be used as a double bed.

We are a family living in the midst of nature in a place that has allowed us to be creative in many ways. Alongside our food production, we also engage in other agricultural activities and pursue individual professional interests. We are happy to share our life with the guests who come here.
