Beautiful Cottage with direct access to the beach and terraces overlooking the Lake. The house is newly built, 100m2, Mediterranean style, nicely decorated and cozy in a very attractive location. It is situated about 500 meters far from the city centre and 500 meters away from the medieval village of Coreano Plinio. It is perfect for couples or group of friends. The house with independent access includes: On the First floor: - Living area with sofa, 55" TV, pellet fireplace and dining table - Kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, dishwater, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and cookware set. - Bathroom with Jacuzzi. - Laundry room with washing-machine, sink, drying rack and ironing board with iron. On the Ground floor: - Bedroom with a double bed - Bedroom with single bed (cradle as well as high chair, changing table and toys for kids are available on request.) - Bathroom with shower. - Cover box for bicycle - Parking close to the house (about 100 meters)
