The apartment can host 8 guests. There are two double bedrooms, one bedroom with an extendable twin bed (perfect for children), and a sofa bed in the living area. The newly built apartment is on the third floor with an elevator; it has large spaces and a modern kitchen equipped with everything the guests might need. There are 2 bathrooms, a dryer and a washing machine, plus a large balcony furnished to relax outside. The property is generally accessible for people with some mobility issues, though not adapted for permanent wheelchair users. There is an elevator in the building and no steps.
