Intero ed ampio appartamento adatto per turisti, coppie, lavoratori, gruppi di lavoratori, interamente a Vostra disposizione. Wi fi, parcheggio gratuito non custodito all'interno del giardino, aria condizionata. L'appartamento si compone di: ampia zona living con tavolo, tv, divani, camino, aria condizionata, letto matrimoniale e poltrona letto; cucina attrezzata con ampio frigo, piano cottura, forno, bollitore, macchina del caffè, aria condizionata; camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo, aria condizionata; cameretta con letti aggiuntivi (anche matrimoniale); bagno con vasca e lavatrice. Spazi ampi, luminosi, panoramici e con molta privacy e tranquillità. Terzo piano senza ascensore Su richiesta e previa autorizzazione, sono ammessi animali
Ciao, sono Giustina, vivo a Verona. Amo molto viaggiare, ospitare e pertanto affitto il mio appartamenteo quando non lo utilizzo. La casa è molto spaziosa e piacevole; da' molto il senso di libertà, privacy, silenzio e tranquillità. A ca 700 metri dal centro storico, ma circondata di alberi, luce, verde e tanta privacy. Ampio parcheggio non custodito per gli ospiti Su richiesta e autorizzazione, potete portare anche i Vostri amici animali - ovviamente nel rispetto e tutela degli altri ospiti del palazzo, devono essere custoditi e al guinzaglio nel momento in cui transitano negli spazi comuni (scale/giardino). Nuovissimo impianto di aria condizionata installato a fine luglio 2024
Quartiere molto tranquillo, a ca 700 metri dal centro storico, ma circondato da verde. Nelle immediate vicinanze, un supermercato, una tabaccheria, un bar, la fermata dell'autobus. Civita Castellana, se muniti di auto propria o a noleggio, è un ottimo punto di sosta con molti bei posti da raggiungere nel raggio di 10/50 km ...Calcata, Roma, laghi di Vico, Bracciano, Trevignano, Viterbo e tanto altro.
