Charming Lake view apartment is located in Aureggio at 10 min walk from the center of Bellagio where there are the most restaurants, cafè, shops and point of interest and 15 min from ferries. From the balcony you enjoy Lake Como view on Lecco branch side and Villa Giulia park. Just below the property there is Coppola Cafè and Bellagio frutta (for fruits & vegetable, milk, mozzarella cheese, can food and more) and at 8 minutes walk there are 2 markets and an exellent cheese store (Latteria di Bellagio). Aureggio is the closest hamlet next to the "Borgo", the pedestrian area of Bellagio, very convenient to reach the center but very quiet at night . This area is elevated with respect to the main streets arriving from Lecco and Como and the property is surrounded by a garden assuring an open lake view and a peacefull atmosphere. Just below the property there is the entrance of Villa Serbelloni park (property of Rockfeller Foundation), at 8 minutes walk there is Pescallo beach and dock, at 20 min there is Villa Melzi entrance and at 25 minutes there is San Giovanni beach. When you reach the center of Bellagio you can cross the lake by convenient and fast boats that connect Bellagio to Varenna, Menaggio , Lenno, Tremezzo and Cadenabbia where you can visit the most famous attractions (Villa Monastero, Castello di from Vezio, Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello).
