"Charme and Lake View" is a residence in Moltrasio – a picturesque lakeside town a 15-minute drive away from Como city. The apartment is suitable for a couple seeking a retreat in a secluded but strategic location – the perfect starting point for exploring Lake Como. This one-bedroom apartment is on two levels. First, an open living space with a kitchenette and a dining area. There is a separate bathroom. The second level is a mezzanine furnished with a double bed and chests of drawers. The living area features two large windows overlooking the lake – admire the boats and ferries, the mountains, and the nearby towns and villas from a comfortable sofa! Waking up to the gorgeous lake view will leave you inspired for the whole day. Please note that there are stairs in the building and in the apartment. Outdoor areas are also not suitable for people with mobility issues. Moltrasio lies on a hill, and the streets can be steep! In this property, it is mandatory to separate the garbage. Recycling laws are strict in Italy.

Moltrasio is a small town by the western branch of Lake Como. Situated between Cernobbio and Carate Urio, it is a short drive away from Como city and from the Swiss border. The apartment is a 10-15 min walk outside the town center. In Moltrasio center, there are restaurants and some little shops, a small beach, and lakeside villas. In nearby Cernobbio, more restaurants and a beach will welcome you. For our guests' convenience, we suggest to arrive by car. There is free street parking in the area.
